At Suit & Tie by Raphael, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 14-day return policy on certain products purchased on our website.

We DO NOT accepts return on the below products:

* Under garments 

* Ties, Bowties, Lapel Pins, Cufflinks, Pocket squares, Tie pins.

* Perfumes.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the following terms and conditions:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@suitandtie.lk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

The returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item reaches us safely.

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) in acceptable condition, and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that our return policy does not cover any shipping fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the original delivery of your order. We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the returned item(s) do not meet the conditions outlined above.
